very disappointed with quality. also, late on delivery date that was promised. and this meant i could not sell my book at the event when i was expecting to do so. i have written to them and hope to receive some sort of recompense....but not heard yet. in the past, service and quality has been very good. wondering if new management taking over which is not up to previous standars.

I have given one star because there is not an option for zero stars. I recommend people use a different company. I placed an order with Blub and it didnt arrive within the timeframe promised. Instead, I received a "delayed order notification" and I had to contact FedEx. FedEx told me that my order was held up and no delivery date could be expected. However, magically, when I then tried to cancel the order and recover the funds the order could be delivered. TERRIBLE SERVICE, SCURRILOUS PRACTICES. I RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE. My order was a birthday present for my daughter and Blurb LET ME DOWN. Refused to cancel the order and refund me. To guarantee my daughters birthday present I placed an order with cewe.co.uk It was a bit more work, but ultimately a better product with more features and delivered on time. I recommend cewe.co.uk Adobe's reputation is damaged by it's relationship with Blurb.

Avoid this company. The printing was massively delayed, but they didn't bother to tell me so. When I contacted them to find out where my book was, they refused to cancel the order or let me swap it for the ebook version. They later told me the order had been shipped, but this wasn't actually true - they'd created the tracking number but it still wasn't collected by the courier for another few days.

I know it is Adobe problem, but it would be really helpful if LightRoom could include all the alternatives of papers you offer, i.e. flat format with better papers than the standard one.

Customer service and follow up support excellent. Initial problem with accurate black and white reproduction but sorted out on second printing. Not Blurb’ fault but Fed Ex are absolutely useless. Thanks

Having produced over 40 large landscape photobooks we have found the services of Blurb to be excellent. The process of creating the layout and selecting the image sizes is very good. Checking with the American spell checker is not so good but with the aid of an English Dictionary that's OK.
Care needs to be taken when inserting a slightly darker photo as this will be printed darker still, however by lightening this at the production stage this is easy to correct - probably more critical for photographers! Uploading, ordering and delivery in well protected wrapping are all excellent. Thank you Blurb.

Love Blurb! Great easy to use service and beautiful quality books.

Excellent quality photo book as usual which was easy to make. Only flaw was slow delivery. Book eventually arrived a week later than initially scheduled.

Ordered a lay flat photobook. First copy I received had pages duplicated. Blurb reprinted for me at no charge, but second copy had colour/printing errors in 2 images (banding, colour washed out, pixelation on sections of the images). Have requested another copy but as yet (five days later) have not had a response. Still waiting for a (quite expensive) book I ordered many weeks ago! Quality control at Blurb seems to suck!

Very poor print and packaging with guidelines off the rollers, packed loose in a single core box on first and second print which might of been from the states.
The final prints we're printed in Europe and were packaged properly and quality of print was good .

Took way too long to arrive missing the 50th birthday the book was supposed to be a gift for. No communication despite emails being sent asking where the book was. Used this company before and they were great, but now.... I won't be using again.

I am so pleased with the quality of my magazine.
Everybody has commented on how brilliantly done it is. Bit expensive when you include P&P.
But I couldn’t have asked for better quality ?
